Please try again later.It means that the scooter is refurbished the e500 is if you upgrade to the Voyager it's brand new the e500 comes in at $59 a month and it's exactly $59 no tax and the Voyager is actually I take that back add five to it it's $62 cuz you pay $5 for insurance the Voyager is like $72 a month and it's brand new whenever you get it I highly recommend getting the Voyager you have to go to their site directly Best buy only does the $50 back on gift card I meant on the model one and then you have to upgrade which only takes a little while to send it back and plus you can get the model One faster anyway it takes 8 days to get there you have to wait on a voyager which takes probably take about 3 weeks to get one so get the model one ride it for about 3 weeks while you're waiting on the Voyager upgrade ask for a free month while you're waiting and sending that one back and everything you'll get it the billing department is very friendly and nice to work with but anyway to answer your question the model one e500 come through service for $59 a month the Voyager after you upgrade is $72 a month and it comes brand new the difference is one charges in 6 hours full charge and gets 8 MI on a full charge and my experience that's the model one and the Voyager charges in 3 hours actually less than that a lot of times it only takes like an hour or 30 minutes will give you like half a charge and it'll go like 12-15 miles if you don't weigh 250 lb I get 12 miles out of it easy I can even get further than that it would go 15 miles with me the word just well worth it it has a much larger battery in my opinion even though it's really not that much larger but they're new see they're not refurbished the model ones have old batteries in them the voyagers have brand new ones so the first year is really good but you've got your old for $59 you might as well just pay the upgrade but it comes faster in the mail to get the model one cuz they have them in the states already you have to wait for the Voyager to come from China which takes three to four weeks so get the model one upgrade to the Voyager immediately after that when you pay your first $59 you'll have your Voyager in the mail and then your next bill would be a month after that and you would have sent the model one back and it's just how it works

Please try again later.Well it means it's $59 a month to rent a scooter they charge you another $5 so it comes out to be $65 even after tax and everything the $5 is the free servicing and insurance in case of stolen and there's no contract you can send it back anytime and they'll give you a free month usually to take care of the shipping time
