“I noticed when ordering the Remarkable off of their website you get 100 days to try it and then can return it if not satisfied. Does Best Buy have that same deal or do I need to buy it direct in order to have that.”

I don’t know. I ordered from Best Buy specifically so I wouldn’t have to deal with shipping from / to Australia if I had to return it for any reason. I had until today to return mine - it was extended holiday return time frame but nowhere near 100 days. It would have to be new in the box condition to return it though.
