“Does this charge a phone while the device is charging ?”

• Yes it will charge while a phone iis charging the charging time will be slower than a phone charging time.

• You are wondering if this is capable of “pass thru charging”. Since I don’t have your particular model I cannot answer, but you should be able to call Renogy or maybe even Best Buy and they should be able to help you. Another option is to just buy it and try it. If isn’t capable of PTCing and that is important to you, return it. CAUTION: Remember, Best Buy has one of the worst return policies out there. Last I checked it was 15 days so make sure to perform your test quickly so you can return it before it turns into a pumpkin, Cinderella. Good luck!
