I charge this device in my car. I have not charged it using a computer. It will hold a four bar charge when charged in the car. I do not know how long it takes to fully charge.

It will provide emergency trickle charge for your phone to save your life. It would take +\- 100 hours of full sunlight (several days) to appreciably charge the battery pack via the solar panel. It’s primary and preferred charging method would be by a dedicated charger like one that comes with a cell phone. A computer or car USB will take less time to charge, but will still take many hours with its 1 amp output. You need to acquire a charger with an OUTPUT of at least 2.1 amps or greater, like a PD or QC 3.0 or the like (each mfr has its own proprietary name for fast charging) to charge the battery pack in 1/2 or 1/3 the time as a 1 amp power source.
