• No, it definitely is not. It's a refrigerator filter but the MWFA fits a different model. Be careful when ordering as GE uses similar letter combinations on all it's water filters.

• The one you are asking about is short and stubby, whereas this one is long and narrow and these filters are NOT interchangeable. You MUST use the EXACT model your unit requests. See the photo to see how different they are.
