Hello, thanks for reaching out to us. We understand that having your refrigerator not work properly is frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. You could be experiencing this error due to the filter not being detected and/ or the system has no communication with the filter. To troubleshoot, you should replace your XWFE filter with another XWFE filter- it appears that you have replaced it with a MSWF filter.
