• I gave a bad review on this You are correct. In fact it does hold charge. But doe NOT hold charge too long

• Send it in it's just a chip or some other thing it's not a big deal and can be fixed real quick not very expensive could be just a loose wire really easy send it in won't cost that much guaranteed
