They can play music both at same time?? null

Yeah you have to pair the earbuds to eachother first. The instructions/quick start guide break it down but briefly: Make sure your bluetooth is off on your phone and these buds are forgotten/removed Hold down both buttons to power on and put them in pairing mode (if you hold them close to your ears you can hear the voice prompts guiding you) Once they are both in 'pairing' mode double tap the button on ONE of the two earbuds Now both should say which is left/right and that they're connected and only 1 should appear on your bluetooth devices list. Pair to that one and you're good to go

I had trouble using the quick start instructions and some of the ones online. My Model is ETPRAUDTW8, here is what I needed to do to connect them to my phone: • Power up only one earbud. • Double tap the button, you will hear a beep and you should see the blue and red lights flashing and hearing a continuous beep. This will be your master earbud. • Power on the second earbud. • Once powered on you should hear it say connected in each ear, the it will say 'left channel' then 'right channel' followed by 'pairing' • The earbuds are now paired. You can now power them down. • Turn the master earbud and hold it until you hear 'pairing' • Pair the earbud with your phone, if the earbuds are paired you should only see one i7. When paired you will hear 'connected'. • Turn in the second earbud and it will connect and you will hear the left channel right channel thing again. • You are now configured. Note: If you follow the quick start guide it asks you to put it into pairing mode where a double tap will change the language between English and Chinese.

Barely even work, terrible product. Half the time they just keep glitching and skipping, it’s as if I’m just listening to an old school discman. At this point Music is not at all enjoyable through these, but if you just want to hear random sounds and two to three words of a song at a time then this product is right for you!. Extremely disappointed
