Q: They can play music both at same time??
A: Yeah you have to pair the earbuds to eachother first. The instructions/quick start guide break it down but briefly: Make sure your bluetooth is off on your phone and these buds are forgotten/removed Hold down both buttons to power on and put them in pairing mode (if you hold them close to your ears you can hear the voice prompts guiding you) Once they are both in 'pairing' mode double tap the button on ONE of the two earbuds Now both should say which is left/right and that they're connected and only 1 should appear on your bluetooth devices list. Pair to that one and you're good to go
A: You have to turn both earbuds on at the same time until you hear them turn on.Then double tap the right one and they should pair.
A: So I just figured this out, turn them both on till they say Power on, but not pairing, then you double tap one, then double tap the other, this is to pair them, after you've finished pairing them like this, press and hold them to turn them off then hold them again after a little bit to turn them back on, keep holding them till they say pairing after they're back on, double tap the one you want to be main if it doesn't decide for you, then double tap it again without it being paired to your phone to change from chinese to english
