“I was able to pair them together once. Since then I cannot get them to say left right and pair together. I’ve tried a few steps mentioned online but it seems they won’t pair anymore. I can play each individually so I know they both work.”

You have to turn both earbuds on at the same time until you hear them turn on.Then double tap the right one and they should pair.
