So I just figured this out, turn them both on till they say Power on, but not pairing, then you double tap one, then double tap the other, this is to pair them, after you've finished pairing them like this, press and hold them to turn them off then hold them again after a little bit to turn them back on, keep holding them till they say pairing after they're back on, double tap the one you want to be main if it doesn't decide for you, then double tap it again without it being paired to your phone to change from chinese to english
