• We did purchase a new TV and it is working fine. We did however have to exchange a refrigerator we purchased for a rental property.

• they replaced our old tv with a new one, it was defective, they took it just the way it was, no box or packing stuff. did a great job too.

• No need to do anything except make sure they can access your set. They didn't even need a remote or anything. It was a good experience, they were quite inobtrusive of my privacy.
