The two men that came into my home to pick up my items were very clumsy and careless. I mean they broke my light switch in the basement and didn't have the common courtesy to even tell me they broke it or even apologize for the mistake. Not only that, the door they had to remove from the hinges to take the washer and dryer out is all banged up. They hit it quite a number of times. I have never experienced something like this. I have only been in my home one month. If I wanted all this damage I would have moved the appliances myself. Worse yet, I don't know who I am supposed to call to make a formal complaint.

Purchased a SONY XBR65X900F in store. Unit had excessive bleeding on the panel. Contacted customer service and they arranged for a in home exchange. 2nd unit dropped off and old unit returned. Setup 2nd XBR65X900F and colors were horrible. Excessive red and green along with screen bleeding. Really upset that 2 units had issues. Contacted customer service again. They arranged for another exchange. 3rd XBR65X900F arrived. Explained to the drivers what the issues I had with the first 2. They stayed. Helped me unpack and set it up to make sure it was ok and I was happy with it. The 3rd unit was finally what I hoped it would be. Excellent deep colors, depth in picture, clear sharp images. Drivers went above and beyond. Ty Best Buy for standing behind your products and great customer service.

Tv is awesome, the picture in my opinion is as good as it gets, unless you want to pay a lot more. I have not had a OLED in the House to compare. Been told OLED is the best, in the store hard to distinguish. Check them out yourself. To me OLED might be a bit overrated! My opinion!

Purchased a washer-dryer and fridge. Delivery amazing! 2 gentlemen who delivered were very professional-really looked at best options to get appliances in-and completed process very carefully and quickly. Really appreciated this as I made this purchase for my NEW home. The fridge had 2 dents upon unwrapping-nothing the delivery team did-but without question-the Best Buy team put another in route-while allowing me to keep the original-exchange and return. Smooth process all the way around from Best Buy-very happy with delivery-installation process.

I had a washer and dryer delivered by Best Buy. The delivery personnel were very professional. The dryer had a dent in it. The delivery personnel took a photo of the dent, processed the dryer for a return and replace and left the dented dryer installed and working while the replacement dryer was ordered. A week later I received and had installed the new replacement dryer. Excellent service.

Best Buy Service was excellent in returning new whirlpool that was so loud that we were shocked at how high pitched the noise level was where you can hear it from a long hallway to back rooms. We recorded it to provide to Best Buy. It could be that the specific whirlpool we received was a lemon; but very satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

My item was returned with no problems. Best Buy is my go to for appliances and electronics. When there is an issue they allow my to make an exchange or get a full refund with no questions asked.

So they show up with the 1st set of washer and dryer and both are dinged and dented. They called their manager, made arrangements for new replacements, then left the ones they had for us to use. Came back a week later and replaced the dinged and dented ones with new non-damaged washer and dryer. You guys rock!

We had purchased a refrigerator. Upon installation and use, we noticed that there was an air leak on the door seal to the freezer compartment. We called Best Buy Customer Service and they arranged a return under warranty without a problem.

I bought a washer & it was a large dent right in the front, I was given a discount & tryed to use it. I made loud noises during the wash cycle I could not live with so they came and got it & exchanged it for another new washer without any problems!

One of the best investments I have is getting a warranty on my products that I purchased. Best Buy came out and picked up the television after replacing it with the warranty product. There was no hassle whatsoever. Total easy process

Very thankful they did this. Had to return a faulty open box 82"tv, they came took it off the wall, took off my wall brackets and left the new tv taking away the old one. Good experience overall

The LG electric range that I ordered from out of state arrived at my rental property damaged. The delivery crew returned it to the store and I choose another model that was in stock for replacement. Crew brought new model the next and installed with no problems

We purchased a top load washing machine after having a front load for many years. The top load did not have a built-in agitator and the very large drum was just that - a very large drum. We washed one load of clothes and watched as the same clothes on top were still on top after the unit finished washing. It didn't appear to move the clothes around - just move them back and forth. So we had Best Buy pick up this washer and we purchased a front load that really gets the job done. The exchange was smooth and easy - no hassles.

Greatest Story Ever Told. Is truly the greatest story ever told. Well done movie. Christian stories and movies are not shown enough these days. With the difficult times we are living in , we can use stories like these to uplift us and to encourage us that their is good.

I purchased a fridge and when it arrived it was too big for the opening. Best Buy came and picked it up immediately and measured the opening to help me in selecting a new one! They were VERY helpful!

Had to get a new refrigerator after my first Samsung fridge of one year had many problems. I got the same one because I have faith in Samsung. So far so good. Best buy helps to get things resolved.

The first dishwasher ran into a problem that was due to an external issue but the inspection team who also arranged for the replacement and installed the second one was wonderful.

Excellent experience they help you to save money in electricity, is good and cute for you home, pretty easy to install and absolutely easy to use, the best for you home ever.

The two guys who brought us our stove did a fantastic job getting it set up and working. They helped us move the old one and made sure this was in good shape and working well before leaving.
