• Works with all Vehicles. As far as compatibility with your specific phone it will charge any phone however i cannot say it will fast charge every specific phone that depends on the charge specifications for each individual phone. It should fast charge most phones. I'd reccomend it

• Charger is compatible with all vehicles. Not sure about Note 9, I'm using Note 20. I believe this charger is produced to much power then Note 9 can handle.
