“Do I have to connect it to the fuse box if I don't need the parking feature, or can I just plug it in and have it work? Can it be plugged into a USB Port instead of the Cigarette Lighter plug? Am I able to control it with my Android phone? Thanks”

Typical usb jacks will only supply maybe 5 volts of DC power, which would be insufficient to power the device adequately.

Please note that is entirely optional and that everything you will need to install the dashcam will be included. Additionally, you can not use the dashcam with a USB port as it does not provide enough power to turn on the dashcam. You can control it using the Rexing connect app which is available in the google play store.
