Hello! Yes, the R316 works with our Rexing Connect app and our dashcams use around 11 to 12 volts of power. If you are attempting to connecting it to a splicer/splitter, we would discourage you from doing so as this will most certainly lead to power issues with the dashcam. Please connect the dashcam directly into the cigarette lighter port to ensure the smoothest experience.
