Hello! While possible, it would not be recommend as it would not offer a great visibility as it being mounted on the windshield would allow.

Please try again later.The mounting bracket puts the camera at a very, very goofy angle if you are attempting to mount it on your dash, it's technically possible, but wouldn't be ideal. A secondary route I ended up taking was mounting it ABOVE the windshield, with the camera angled a bit more downward. It clears it mostly out of my line of sight, and could sidestep any 'can't adhere to windshield' regulations.
