I don't know the exact height in feet/inches, but I can tell you my average-sized 8-year-old boy can comfortably play this arcade and his face is about the height of the screen when he plays. If you ask me, that's a better angle than I have as an adult =D My 2.5 year old (also average height for a toddler) really likes to play, but he can't see the screen while standing in front of the arcade reaching up to the steering wheel. I hold him up on my knee and let him steer, and I work the gas pedal for him. If I had to guess, I would say an average-sized 6-year-old would be the smallest/youngest that could reach the steering wheel and pedals comfortably.
