Does this mic work for Xbox one? null

Yes, our RIG 400HS and RIG 400HX are both compatible with devices using a standard 3.5mm headset port. As long as your Xbox One controller has this 3.5mm headset port it should be compatible, otherwise you will need to use an adapter since some older controllers did not include this port. Not sure but they make a head set exclusive for the xbox 1 its the same $50 ish price
