- Answer Yes, our RIG 400HS and RIG 400HX are both compatible with devices using a standard 3.5mm headset port. As long as your Xbox One controller has this 3.5mm headset port it should be compatible, otherwise you will need to use an adapter since some older controllers did not include this port. - Answer Hi Marius, Yes, the RIG 400HS is compatible with Nintendo Switch. All RIG 400 Series headsets terminate in a standard 3.5mm/4-pin connector plug that is compatible with all consoles including PS4, PS5, Xbox Nintendo Switch and PC's with a single port for speaker and mic. - Answer Hello, The trick to making it easier to put the ear cushions back on the RIG 400 series headsets is to remove the ear cups from the headset frame. Once removed from the frame, it is easier to thread the material edge of the soft ear cushion into the groove around the circumference of the ear cup. It takes a little bit of stretching, but it's as simple as that. But much easier once the ear cups are popped out from the headband frame. Thank you for choosing RIG Gaming products...
