Hello, The trick to making it easier to put the ear cushions back on the RIG 400 series headsets is to remove the ear cups from the headset frame. Once removed from the frame, it is easier to thread the material edge of the soft ear cushion into the groove around the circumference of the ear cup. It takes a little bit of stretching, but it's as simple as that. But much easier once the ear cups are popped out from the headband frame. Thank you for choosing RIG Gaming products...
