Hi Guy, There are a lot of things that can happen on a laptop. Some brands don’t use the standard headphone pin configuration. We would suggest these steps: 1. Make sure the headset jack is pushed in all the way until there is a click. And, vice-versa, pull it out a little. If pins are offset on the jack form the laptop, this may help. 2. Check the Windows audio driver and reinstall. Some, like Realtek allow you to swap left and right channels. See the Microsoft online forum for more info under "how to swap left and right audio channels". There is also actually software one can download to swap the channels. This software is typically used when the media/game audio has the channels swapped for some odd reason. Some good videos on youtube on this topic.
