Hello! We are sorry to hear you are having some issues. Please note this model of headset will work with any device that supports a single 3.5 mm jack. Please first make sure your PC counts with a single 3.5 mm jack and not a dual (for speaker and mic). If your PC counts with two jacks, then you will need to get an adapter from dual to single. If your PC does count with a single jack, you can simply plug the headset into your PC and you should be able to hear audio.
