“When I plug my rig 500 pro in my Xbox controller I can’t hear the actual game only chat ? How can I hear the actual game audio in my headset ? Please help”

Sound is off then on then back to off . Worked for first months only

Hi LonelyGamer, This sounds like a console setting. First, make sure your RIG aduio dial is plugged all the way in. Next, go into your XBox Profile & System settings, select "Audio". There you can adjust the headset volume, headset chat mixer, and mic monitoring levels.
