Hi Help, Unfortunatly plugging other non-RIG microphones into the RIG 500 PRO HX may have caused damage to the microphone port. Let's hope not. And since you tested other mics and they seem to work, then it sounds like you just need a mic replacement., as long as there is no damage to the microphone port. The headset has a one year warranty against manufacturer defects so we can replace that for you if that's the case. If so, please contact RIG Customer Support via email with your proof of purchase at [email protected] and they can process that claim for you. Thanks.
