“Just purchased my headset yesterday and I can’t have the volume to loud, I can’t have the volume up to hear my friend talk either, basically if the sound is loud in the speakers it echoes bad and my friends hear it in the party. So what do I do, exchange?”

Yeah same here, years later and still same issue, terrible headset never buying this brand again.
