Yes you have mic monitoring, game/chat mixer, and headset volume through on screen audio settings. (Xbox button, right bumper to system, then audio.)

This product does not have Mic Monitoring on the Xbox. Unfortunately there are no equivalent Plantronics RIG that has the feature either.
