A:AnswerThe RIG 500 PRO HX includes the RIG audio dial cable. That audio dial has two sleeves - one for XBox controllers and one for PS4 controllers. The RIG 500 PRO HX comes out of the box with the XBox One sleeve pre-installed, Simply plug it into the 3.5mm port on your XBox controller. If you want to use this with a PS4 controller, you will need to remove the XBox sleeve and replace it with the PS4 sleeve that is included in the box with the RIG 500 PRO HX.
