Should be able to. Each usb is typically configured to work with the headset it came with so there shouldn’t be any interference.

Please try again later.Hello Clyde, Two wireless headsets connected via separate USB ports, for the 2.4GHz wireless adapter, can be used on the same console, but both headsets will play the same game audio. This means using two of the three USB ports on Xbox One. Each player will need to log into Xbox LIVE chat separately. There is not any kind of "local console chat", or chat between two headsets on the same console. Players will be able to hear and be heard by other online players. However, they will not be able to communicate with each other through their headsets/through game audio. They will need to speak out loud to one another to communicate. Hope that helps.
