Hello AnOnEmUs, The indicator light on the charge base should be red while charging and should go out once the headset is fully charged. And remember, since it's been a while, that the RIG 800 PRO HX takes a good 4-5 second press of the Power button to power ON. Please note, all RIG products from Nacon are covered by a 1-year warranty for any manufacturer's defects. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know why. check the spring loaded charging prongs on the base. 2 of mine retracted and did not "pop" back out. They will not charge the head set from the base after that. I took my base apart(yeah warranty gone now and I only bought these 8 months ago). the prongs are proprietary to the Rig 800 it appears based on writing on the board. I was able to get them extracted again and they work. Use the alternative charging port on the headset itself near the bottom of the left side if out of warranty. I heard the warranty process is horrible.
