If you are using it with the XBox, you will enable it via XBox Live. To redeem the code included with RIG 800LX: 1) On XBox One go to XBox Store > Games > Use a Code 2) Enter the 25 digit code including dashes. You can also redeem on live.xbox.com You can also redeem on the Microsoft store: 1) Launch store > Select Account Menu > Select Redeem Code 2) Enter the 25 digit code including dashes. You can also redeem on live.xbox.com Your XBox or PC will recognize the headset connection via USB. Just make sure it is plugged in and the headset is connected to the base before setting up the Dolby Atmos as it looks for the device you are using. When the headset is connected, you should see a "Headset assigned" message pop up on your XBOX and there should be a green ring around your profile picture.
