Look for “in-game” audio settings. See if you need to change the chat function to “headset”. I am also assuming you have unplugged the mic piece and plugged it back in. You should feel it click solidly into place. Also look in system settings for chat function. Depending on your age and the account permissions, there may be parental controls blocking chat. If you are playing cross platform games such as COD Warzone, in game go to audio settings and turn off cross play chat, and turn it back on.

One, make sure your mic is plugged in all the way. Two, check the audio settings on your XBox. We have a video to help with that on the RIG Gaming channel on YouTube. Check out the "RIG | Wireless Headset Setup for Xbox One" video for full setup instructions. The section about mic volume and game audio/chat audio balance is at the :50 second mark into the video. If this doesn't resolve your issues, please contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected] Thank you...
