“I literally just bought this head set earlier today and it’s not turning on BRAND NEW. Other piece connected to the Xbox does. But headset won’t turn on no matter the wire or where I try to plug it in. What’s up with this thing ?”

On your left ear headset, there's a volume control on the bottom, A control on top for adjusting the volume of the game and other players. And in the middle is a small switch. It's the "on-off" control. Push it UP and the sound should come on.

If your headset is not charging, please try using a different micro-USB cable and AC power adapter to isolate the cause of the issue. You might also want try the following steps: 1. Set the Power-switch to the "ON" position 2. Connect the headset to the charger using a power-source with 5V output. The headset should cycle through the "power on/power off" voice prompts and showcase an indicator light soon after. We recommend to let the headset charge for 4 hours afterwards. If the headset is unresponsive, disconnect it from the charger, move the power-switch to the "off" position and attempt to power-on. If the issue persists, then most likely the unit has a problem and it is best to replace it. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the Rig headset, there is a switch on the side where the mic is. You shouldn't have to plug any additional cables into the headset to make it work. Only other cable is to charge them. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Guy, I know with mine, I had to charge it for about 4 hours before I used it. I also know that the button to turn it on can be a little tricky, with you having to only move it about halfway up for the voice to come on and tell you it's connected. If you have already tried these things and it is still not working, then something my be defective as mine started right up and was quite easy to connect and use.
