• Depends on what you mean, I don't hear much speaker feedback of my own voice but I hear it ambient because the headset is pretty passive in sound isolation.

• I haven't tried it on the headphones, but you can adjust the chat mixer on the Xbox

• Our RIG 800 series headsets don't have this feature (sidetone) built-in but you might be able to enable this on your PC or Xbox sound settings.
