• Never had the 800, but played Warzone this weekend with these. Asked how my mic sounded to everyone and there were no complaints from anyone. I also did not really make any adjustments to it too...straight out of the box mic setup.

• i have the 800s (2 sets actually) and love them i keep the mic easily 2 plus inches from my mouth if your having mic issues its a setting issue or a you issue
