Hello Maharrison2567, The issue may be the mode setting for the headset. Using the Bluetooth button on the left earcup, press it to toggle between "GAME" audio which is just audio over the 2.4GHz wireless connection to the included wireless transmitter, "BLUETOOTH" which is just the wireless connection to mobile device, or "DUAL" which connects to both. Also, make sure you've downloaded the free RIG 900 MAX Navigator app, you've updated the headset software using the app, and you can make audio adjustments within the app. If this still doesn't help, please contact Nacon Customer Support via email at [email protected] or via phone at 1-833-622-6687.
