Hi Logan, We apologize that you are having an issue with your RIG 900 Max. We would need to know what you are connected to, and if it's via wireless transmitter direct into device or through the base? If you've downloaded the RIG 900 MAX Navigator app, performed a software update and have adjusted audio settings in the app? But we cant' do that over Best Buy Comments.
