“When in Dual Mode, I have no Bluetooth audio. I have updated the device, dug through the app, and I have nothing. I am connected via USB to a PS5, and my cellphone via bluetooth. I have only PS5 audio. The dual mode feature seems broken.”

Hello Nicky, Please note that the RIG 900 Max has dual-mode audio but not simultaneous dual audio. So while in Dual mode, you can receive calls on your cell phone but it will interrupt game audio. Or you can stream audio from your phone or the game. Test your headset by having someone call you while playing a game. If the call cuts in, it's working as intended.
