“Follow up question. Our sliding window has aluminum frame. We also have Vinyl window shutters instead of curtains. Will this cause interference or blockage to the contact sensor when installed in our windows? see photos attached. Thanks.”

Hello JM, Great question.Steel doors and aluminum door frames may occasionally cause interference for the Contact Sensor. We recommend testing the sensor on your door or window to determine if there are any issues.
