“1. Can you have the siren be silent in all modes - Away & Home? I do not want to have the siren sound ever, I only want to get notifications. 2. Can I have the monitoring set up to notify me only - never ever to call the police? I want to do this myself”

Hi rksnj, If you have not signed up for Ring Protect Plus your Ring Alarm system will still monitor your home, but any alerts will be sent solely to your smartphone and/or email and not to authorities.
