Hi mark. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. For flat installation, the Ring Battery Doorbell Pro is mounted directly to the wall. Remove the battery. Secure the doorbell to the wall using the screws in bag A. Re-insert the battery into the doorbell. Re-attach the faceplate.
