“I live in Vermont. Winter temps get down to -20F. Will this doorbell work in low temps? Will the battery be damaged? Or should I opt for the wired version? Unfortunately, I'd have to do extensive wireing install for that version.”

I live where temps get below 0 degrees occasionally. I think the batteries will be OK.

Knowing at what temperature batteries will start to be impacted can help you take the necessary steps to keep your device working. When the temperature drops to -5°F (-20.5°C), the battery may stop working completely until temperatures warm up.
