Yes, the Ring Battery Doorbell Pro runs on a removable, rechargeable Quick Release Battery Pack (included), and it can be hardwired to an existing doorbell or transformer for trickle charging and to work with your chime. It can also be connected to a Ring Plug-In Adapter, Solar Charger or Solar Panel. Ring Community was launched to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our neighbors.
