Common issues include insufficient upload speed, weak WiFi signal at the mounting location, or router compatibility. The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro requires a minimum upload speed of 2.5 Mbps and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi. In many cases, these issues can be fixed by improving WiFi signal strength, checking internet speed, or adjusting network settings.
