“A "con" is listed as "internet connection." Could someone explain what problem they've had exactly and if it was fixable? Was wifi fine? enough?”

Common issues include insufficient upload speed, weak WiFi signal at the mounting location, or router compatibility. The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro requires a minimum upload speed of 2.5 Mbps and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi.
