I have not had any problems with it disconnecting. I have traveled out of state and been able to monitor easily. It did alert me when someone is the house for cleaning that I forgot about! The only negative is that the sound will sometimes become distorted if it senses movement but I’m still working with that. I have not had any problems with it disconnecting. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend you getting a better router. Your home network probably can't handle the number of devices you have. I suggest a whole home WiFi router. Cameras take up a lot of wifi. If you are using the company cable router their technology is behind and can't handle the number of devices you have and depending on how low your speeds are you might need to raise them. the three things that use the most wifi are gaming, streaming and cameras.
