Please try again later.Yes, the camera when detecting motion (of which you can adjust the range and distance) does show a "blue" light when monitoring or recording (if you choose that added service at a fee). It has very good night time vision. We have two white cameras. One mounted on our back patio and the other over our garage door in the front. Both provide very good coverage.
