Hi Jiminfresno, We appreciate the value you have placed in owning Ring devices for your home, and want to ensure their smart home integrations are working as intended. Being connected to video in a timely manner via your Alexa enabled devices is imperative, as it allows you to see who is at your home. In some cases, your Ring device will need a little extra time to wake up. If you have a battery operated doorbell or camera and the battery is low, it may take 30 seconds or more to connect and display the Ring video. Additionally, your network environment is quintessential to the performance of your Ring devices. One element in particular is the strength of the wifi signal your router is producing for your Ring Doorbells to connect to. In instances where we find the signal strength to the wifi has been impacted by certain factors such as building material (brick, metal, or certain tempered glass), competing wifi networks, and other electronics; we do have some solutions which we'd love to explore with you. Please visit our community forum at https://community.ring.com/ to learn more. Our top priority at Ring is that you have the best experience with our products and their integrations. Sincerely, Danielle from Ring
