Hello FLOODLIGHT, No, it does not. The Ring PoE Adapter creates PoE connection for Ring Stick Up Cam Elite and Ring Video Doorbell Elite. Ring Floodlight Cam is hardwired device. DIY installation of your Ring Floodlight Camera is intended to be a relatively easy process. The Ring Floodlight Cam should be connected to a 100 VAC~240 VAC 50/60 Hz power source. Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area.
