• Yes, in the ring app, you can link your other ring devices together to perform group tasks. For example, if motion is picked up at the light you can set other ring lights to turn on and select specific or all cameras to record.

• If you are using the ring bridge, then you can set your doorbell cam to record when the lights sense motion. Or once you receive the motion notification, if you have them turned on, you can go right into live view on your doorbell cam. So short answer is yes.
