Hello, Great question! There could be a couple of different reasons why the Solar Wall Light device is not responding after a recharge. If there is an update available for your Ring app, please update it before you begin. Remind any shared users to update their app too. Be sure to install and set up your Ring Bridge before installing and setting up your Wall Lights. You will need to have a Ring Bridge installed and set up in order to connect your Wall Lights to the Ring App and the rest of your Ring devices. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did it do the soft glow when charging and does the Ring app show it is connected still? If you have a volt meter, take the batteries out and make sure they did charge up. Should be 4.1 or 4.2 volts for each battery if full charged. Can you manually turn in on via the app?
